The Coldiron Hour (TCH) is a business consulting and podcasting brand who's obsessed with optimizing systems, processes, and procedures for businesses.

I've got 20+ years of experience working for companies ranging from pet food distribution all the way to Blue Origin. In 2014, I graduated with my BSME from Arizona State University and began working in the Aerospace industry as a Project Engineer. It was this year that I started noticing the importance of efficient systems, processes, and procedures.

Fast forward to today where I help companies ranging from the real estate industry all the way to the pool industry. I have implemented new CRM's, phone system, closed gaps in processes, and overhauled procedures.

My forte is systems, processes, and procedures. I absolutely love what I do and I love seeing the results for companies.

Yes! However, I'd want to sit down with your team to better understand just exactly what your company (and team!) needs first. Sometimes it's a lack of understanding the current software's full capabilities. 

 Absolutely! I tailor everything around you and your business needs and this can include daily or weekly video calls. I can even support your business remotely depending on the access you grant me. 

This can vary depending on your current systems and processes. It's difficult to provide an exact timeframe but this could take anywhere from a few months to 1+year. Again, each business and its demands are different, but I'll have a better understanding once I learn where those gaps are and what's needed to close them.
